Slovenia's Viator&Vektor sinks into bankruptcy?

The management of Slovenia's Viator&Vektor, led by Zdenko Pavcek, communicated the decision on the bankruptcy of Viator&Vektor Group and companies Viator&Vektor Logistika (Logistics) and Viator&Vektor Usluge (Services) to its workers who gathered yesterday at a protest, Slovenia's Delo daily reports.

The business accounts of all aforementioned organizations are blocked. After several months of negotiations, banks refused to grant them an additional loan of EUR 8 million for working capital since the entire capital of these companies is already mortgaged. The bankruptcy will leave approximately 600 workers without job, while 520 of them are already on a forced vacation for ten days now.
