Novi Sad, "Serbian snacks and foods" to buy stocks of "Uzor"

Company "Serbian snacks and foods" from Novi Sad sent bid for procurement of at least 4,500 stocks of company "Uzor" from Novi Sad or 35.75 % of total number of stocks at the price of 6,300 CSD per stock.

So far, there has not been any trade in stocks of this Novi Sad-based company, so that the offered price is only 15.5 CSD higher than the accounting one. The bidder intends to maintain the present activity of the company, as well as to improve and expand it.
