Serbia, Merging of AIK Banka and MB Banka - not to happen

Ljubiša Jovanović, director of AIK Banka, says that there was no any agreement on integration with with Niš-based MB Banka, commenting the roomers that could be heard these days on the occasion of merging of Kapital Banka in liquidation and Niš-based MB Banka.

Jovanović says that AIK Banka was interested in procurement of Kapital Banka in liquidation 1.5 years ago and it sent the letter of intent, but it did not receive positive reply. Now, we can buy stocks on the Stock Exchange since everything is for sale, even AIK Banka. There is no merging in the market conditions.
