Citizens of Split thrilled by Goran Bregovic - Concert after two decades

Goran Bregovic, former frontman of the legendary band Bijelo Dugme, performed at Peristil in Split on Friday (July 22, 2011), for the first time in 21 years. Together with The Wedding and Funeral Orchestra, he shook all the present up sending them good vibrations.

This two-hour concert was opened by Cambi Klapa who sang a remix of Bregovic's great hit "Sve ce to o mila moja prekriti ruzmarin, snjegovi i sas", and then the popular singer, wearing his silver suit and accompanied by his orchestra, started playing one big hit after another - "Djurdjevdan", "Mesecina", "Na zadnjem sjedistu moga auta", "Hajdemo u planine", "Gas, gas", and many others.

The audience was dancing to the rhythm all the time. Among the thrilled crowd was also the family of Tonci Huljic and singer Petar Graso.
