State Issues Eight-Year Dinar Bonds Worth RSD 41.5 Billion

The Public Debt Administration yesterday issued eight-year dinar-denominated government bonds with a nominal value of RSD 41.5 billion (around EUR 354 million).


The state will pay an annual coupon rate of 7% for this debt, whose maturity date is October 26, 2031.

The yield on these bonds is 6.12%, since the market value of the issued bonds is RSD 44.3 billion.

Of the total of 46 accepted bids, 15 were made by banks, 25 by other legal persons. Three bids by natural persons, as well as four bids by custody clients, were accepted.

These bonds were first issued on October 24, 2023. The auction volume amounted to RSD 44,419,470,000, and the total volume of submitted bids amounted to RSD 42,941,200,000.
