Payment of Part of Funds from Bankruptcy Estate of Robne Kuce Beograd to Small Shareholders to Be Made Soon

The stakeholders, creditors and former employees of the company Robne Kuce Beograd will get part of the money from the bankruptcy estate, and the rest upon the completion of the procedures, the Government of Serbia announced. As said, this was agreed at a recent meeting with the Shareholders’ Association at the cabinet of the prime minister of Serbia, Ana Brnabic.

At the meeting, the fourth one in a row, it was said that “considerable progress has been made in solving this problem which has lasted for nearly two decades and those results have been achieved thanks to the good cooperation of the two sides and the efforts made by the prime minister’s cabinet.”

A part of the money from the bankruptcy estate will be paid to the shareholders in the coming period, whereas the remaining part of the money will be realized upon the completion of the remaining procedures.
