Nikola Tesla Airport: Passengers Can Send Requests for Damages to Selected Airline Carrier

After the announcement of those in charge that Vinci, which manages the Belgrade Airport, will suffer consequences due to the delays and cancellations of flights on January 21, which was caused by human error, the Nikola Tesla Airport made an announcement as well. On X, the airport confirms that there was a mistake on Sunday when it comes to the mandatory flow of passengers at the airport terminal, which is why the delays and cancellations of a certain number of flights happened too.

– We are asking you to send potential requests for damages to the selected airline carrier, which is always the first point of contact in situations involving flight delays and cancellations. According to the procedure, the Belgrade Airport then resolves such requests directly with airline companies – it is pointed out in the announcement of the Nikola Tesla Airport.


The airport once again apologizes for the inconveniences suffered by the passengers.

– We will continue cooperating with the relevant services and all the factors in air traffic, so that the situations which can lead to flight delays and potential passenger dissatisfaction would be reduced to a minimum – the airport says.
