Interkapital sells 10.64-percent stake in Podravka

Podravka announced Monday that it had been notified by the investment company Interkapital Vrijednosni Papiri that that company, authorized by Capital Trust Company from London and OTP Bank from Budapest, had published a call for bids for the acquisition of 576,880 shares of Podravka, that is, about 10.64-percent stake in the Koprivnica-based food manufacturer.

All those interested are invited to submit bids to Interkapital in the period from 8 AM on July 18th to 3 PM on July 19th. Potential buyers will be able to bid for the purchase of minimum 1,500 shares, and they can also make an offer for the whole package and indicate if it is an "all or nothing" bid.
