Factory of springs "Gibnjara" from Kraljevo goes on auction, 69.5% of the capital offered for the starting price of 148 millions dinars

Agency for privatization of Serbia will offer on March, 31st, 2006, on auction sale a 69.5% of the total capital of the spring factory "Gibnjara" from Kraljevo, for the starting price of 148 millions dinars.

The total value of the capital which is getting privatized was estimated at 616.8 millions dinars, and the buyer should take obligation on himself to invest at the minimum 62.9 millions dinars. The business profit of the factory which employes 279 workers in 2004 for was 162.7 millions dinars, and expense was 196.5 millions dinars.
