Selection in April 2005 - who is going to supply EPS with electric meters, “Iskra” on tender without “East point”

Who of the domestic companies, joint ventures and foreign companies will get the chance to supple Electric Power Company of Serbia (EPS) with the first shipment of 20,000 modern electronic electric meters, will be known in April 2005. That is the time that is needed due to complaints that may be submitted by those who did not pass recent qualification tender announced by EPS.

Electric Power Company of Serbia confirmed that 18 companies had taken part on that tender. These 18 companies offered 16 different types of electric meters.

On that occasion, the bid was sent by Slovenian company "Iskra" alone, not, as it was announced, by joint venture consisting of "East Point" and "Iskra".
