Construction of Delta's business towers in New Belgrade will begin in early 2024 - The plan is to invest more than EUR 620 million in real estate by 2027

After the recent opening of the reconstructed business and congress part of the Sava Center, Delta Real Estate plans on starting the new construction sites in Belgrade and Novi Sad.

By 2027, Delta Real Estate plans to invest more than EUR 620 million in the real estate field.

Angelina Nekic, general director of the Delta real estate company, told beogradske.rs that the company is commencing three new projects in the coming period.

The first one, as she said, is the Delta Iron business complex on 40,000 m2 of modern offices, which Novi Sad lacks.

Next one is Delta Land, located on Bulevar Despota Stefana in Belgrade, where the removal of buildings has already begun.

According to Nekic, it will be a mixed-use project, with residential and business-commercial contents, on a 300,000 m2 gross area, and since the project is large, construction will take several years.

And in Novi Beograd's Blok 20, construction of the long-announced complex with business towers and a hotel will soon begin.

- The project involves the construction of two office buildings and an international brand hotel, and we expect it to commence in early 2024 - Nekic said, adding that each of the mentioned projects represents Delta's conceptual solutions that have received praise from international architectural bureaus.

As announced three years ago, the Delta Centar complex in Blok 20 will contain the InterContinental Belgrade hotel, on 26,000 m2, and the high-class office space will cover the same space. The business center will also include an exclusive shopping area and restaurants, as well as a large underground parking lot.

- The entire business complex will have a modern look and will represent a unique green business oasis - the company told eKapija.
