Raiffeisen bank Belgrade decreased interest rates for apartment credits, with a deposition in euros of 4.99%, or deposition in CHF of 3.99%

Raiffeisen bank decreased interest rates for apartment credits from March, 17th, 2006, for 2.4 index points, through National corporation for insurance of residential credits.

The rates are now 4.99% for credits based on deposition indexed in euros and 3.99% in Swiss francs. In the model with participation the rate is 6.95% for euros and 4.45% in Swiss francs. The effective interest rate, which has in it included the fee for insurance of credit at Corporation for francs is 5.16, and in euros from 7.79 to 7.81% a year.

Residential credis insured at Corporation are approved in amounts from 10.000 to 200.000 eur, that is francs in dinar value from 6 to 20 years. For security the bank puts mortgage on the real-estate which is being bought or on any other, which doesn't have to be in a property of the clients. If the value of real-estate under mortgage is at least 30% higher than the credit amount, the deposition is not necessary.
