Austrian "EVN AG" bought the largest package of shares of the Macedonian Electric commerce for 225 millions EUR

Minister of economy of Macedonia Fatmir Besimi signed a sale contract with representatives of the Austrian company "EVN AG" (EVN Aktiengesellscaft) which agreed to give 225 millions eur for taking over of majority package share of the Macedonian Electric commerce.

Austrian company made a comittment to in the following 3.5 years invest 96 millions EUR in the Electric commerce of Macedonia.
