"Triglav insurance" from Slovenia is buying around 72.5% of shares of the Belgrade "Kopaonik insurance"

The biggest Slovenian insurance society "Triglav insurance" reached agreement with 25 larhest share holders of "Kopaonik insurance" about purchasing of their part of 72.55% of the shares. The sale of shares will be done by public offer for taking over for the price of 27.3 eur per share.

"Triglav insurance" made a comittment to buy off 100% of the shares so it measn it would give for complete taking over of Kopaonik insurance 19.5 millions EUR. The mentioned slovenian company at the moment has more than 50% of participation on the market in Slovenia, and it has offices in Czech republic, Croatia, BiH, and Montenegro.

Company "Kopaonik insurance" is on the 6th place by successfull activities out of 19 insurance societies in Serbia.
