Germans are buying '14.oktobar' from Krusevac?

German company Lipher is interested in privatization of the majority capital of Industry of machines and components '14.oktobar', said general director of Krusevac factory Milovan Milosevic.

Lipher announced coming of its representatives for making agreement about beginning of cooperation.

Lipher company has around 80 factories in several countries and annual bruto traffic of 4.5 billions eur. First tender for purchase of majority capital of IMK '14.oktobar' has been declaired unsuccessfull, and publishing of a new one was postponed till the end of March, in order to set technical documentation. IMK '14.oktobar' manufactures construction machines and hires some more than 2.000 workers.
