Business Innovation Hub to Be Launched by End-October – Project “Serbia, Land of Science, Land of Innovations” Presented

The Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (CCIS) will launch the Business Innovation Hub within the Center for Digital Transformation by the end of October, which will enable the connecting of large companies from traditional industries with the innovative and academic communities, announced Marko Cadez, the president of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (CCIS), at the presentation of the national project “Serbia, Land of Science, Land of Innovations” at the CCIS.

Cadez also announced that, in the coming days, agreements with German and Austrian creators of a business innovation platform which was based on artificial intelligence, and which would enable traditional Serbian companies to come to innovative technological solutions and integrate them into their business models, should be completed, it is said on the CCIS website.

On the other hand, he says, through the platform, tech companies and the academic community will be able to offer to the traditional industry ideas or complete solutions which will be tested in a real business environment.

Days of Science

The president of the CCIS thanked the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovations for having recognized the CCIS as one of the partners in the realization of the national project “Serbia, Land of Science, Land of Innovations”, during which Days of Science and Innovations would be organized in towns throughout Serbia, with the aim of raising public awareness of the importance of improvements and investments in science, technological development and innovations.

The beginning of the national project “Serbia, Land of Science, Land of Innovations” will be marked by the organization of the Days of Science and Innovations at the Science-Technology Park in Nis, on Wednesday, October 11, at noon. With the aim of motivating the entire public and preparing it for the future research and entrepreneurial endeavors, the promotion of possibilities in science and innovations will be organized throughout Serbia each second week in the following towns: Pirot, Novi Pazar, Cacak, Uzice, Krusevac, Vrnjacka Banja, Mali Zvornik, Kragujevac, Sremska Mitrovica, Subotica, Novi Sad, Belgrade and others.
