Greece-based ATE Bank has decided to sell its stakes in all banks in Romania and Serbia, Bloomberg web portal reports.

ATE plans to sell its 21 percent stake in Serbia's AIK Banka, as well as the 74 percent stake in its affiliate in Romania by the end of 2012.

These decisions are part of ATE Bank's business reorganization plan, Bloomberg reports.
