Sevojno-based Jedinstvo registered consolidated revenue of RSD 4.2 billion

In spite of a turbulent business environment, the operations of Sevojno-based Jedinstvo were stable last year and the company turned very high profit.
This company in Sevojno registered a consolidated revenue of RSD 4.2 billion in 2010. The consolidated business profit amounted to RSD 347 million and was 24 percent lower than one year earlier, primarily because of higher costs of materials. The consolidated net result of this company amounted to RSD 489.4 million, 11.2 percent less than in 2009. At the end of 2010, the company's long-term debts amounted to RSD 10.9 million, while its short-term obligations dropped from 1.5 to 1.1 billion dinars.
The company's consolidated business results came as a result of the consolidation of the following dependent companies in which Jedinstvo has a majority stake: Jedinstvo Metalogradnja, Raketa auto company, Uzice Gas, Zlatibor Gas, Eurotex Beograd, Jedinstvo Podgorica, and Jedinstvo Inzenjering Moskva. Jedinstvo is the leader in the fields of hydro and thermal insulation planning and installation and construction of primary gas pipelines, swimming pools and water factories in the market of Serbia. This company has significant revenues from abroad, while its biggest export markets are currently Russia and Montenegro. The management earlier announced expansion to the market of northern Africa.
The shares of Jedinstvo on the Belgrade Stock Exchange have dropped in value by 0.6 percent since the beginning of the year, while the company's market capitalization amounts to RSD 1.86 billion (EUR 18.8 million) at the latest price of its shares of RSD 6,100 a piece.
