Belgrade Company IB Metal Art Buys Property of Strela Sumadija

The company IB Metal Art doo from Belgrade has bought the property of Strela Sumadija for RSD 34.4 million, as announced by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency.

According to the ad, the offer included the disputed right to the servicing workshop in Arandjelovac, which is the subject of a court procedure at the Commercial Court in Belgrade, as well as the disputed right to the old bus station Arandjelovac, which is the subject of an administrative procedure at the Administrative Court in Belgrade.

The property was sold at the initial price.
