Decree on establishment of Office for Revision of EU Funds Management System adopted

The Government of Serbia has adopted the Decree on establishing the Office for the Revision of the EU Funds Management System.

At the same session, the Serbian government also passed two bills ratifying an agreement on the guarantee to Fiat Kompakt Automobili Srbija between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank (EIB).

That guarantee refers to two projects worth €150m and €50m, aimed at developing the existing car factory in Kragujevac.

The government also adopted a Bill ratifying a financial arrangement (APEX loan for SMEs and enterprises of medium market capitalization) between the Republic of Serbia, the EIB and the National Bank of Serbia, as well as a Bill ratifying an agreement between the Serbian government and NATO regarding the safety of information and the code of pratice, reads the statement issued by the government Media Relations Office.
