Famous Jugoinspekt to Be Auctioned – Ministry Invites Investors to Submit Letters of Interest for Taking Part in Privatization

The Ministry of Economy has opened the public call for letters of interest for taking part in the privatization of the company Jugoinspekt Beograd ad za kontrolu kvaliteta i kvantiteta robe Beograd.

A letter of interest has to contain the tag: “Pismo o zainteresovanosti – POZ 2/23” and contain: the basic data about the interested investor; the expression of an interest in taking part in the process of privatization of the subjects of the privatization and a proposal of the model of privatization in line with the Law on Privatization; a proposal of an indicative price, investment program, general business plan and the number of employees from the subjects of the privatization and outside the subjects of the privatization who the investor is ready to employ for an indefinite period of time.

Letters of interest are to be submitted by mail or directly at the clerk’s office of the ministry at 20 Kneza Milosa Street, Belgrade, or by email at the address dejana.perovic@privreda.gov.rs by October 5, 2023, at the latest.
