Uzice Looking For Concessionaire for Financing, Construction and Management of Public Garage

The City of Uzice has opened the public call for a public-private partnership with elements of a concessions for the financing, construction, management and maintenance of a public parking lot/garage.

The future public parking lot/garage will initially have up to 300 spaces, with the possibility of increasing the number of spaces in line with the public/concession agreement.

The duration of the concession is 25 years.
