Property of Zavod za specijalizovanu rehabilitaciju Vrelo from Bujanovacka Banja up for Sale

Zavod za specijalizovanu rehabilitaciju Vrelo (Institute for Specialized Rehabilitation Vrelo) in Vrnjacka Banja has advertised the sale of its property at an initial price of RSD 31 million.

The total area of the property put up for sale amounts to 2,527 m2, and among other things, a health and recreation building consisting of two units, with a floor area of 1,743 m2, a healthcare building of 177 m2, a sports court with stands of 315 m2 and a forest of 292 m2 are offered.

Holding Vrelo - Zavod za specijalizovanu rehabilitaciju used to provide accommodation services and medical care, and it has been in bankruptcy since 2011.
