"Generali group" major owner of "Delta insurance"

Representatives of "Delta" holding and "Generali group" signed a contract of sale of 50% plus 1 share of "Delta insurance", by which the company will change its name into "Generali Delta insurance". The president of "Delta holding: Miroslav Miskovic pointed that insurance in Serbia represents one of the branches that have a large potential for growth, and "Delta" has regional ambitions in insurance industry.
