Building of business-residential complex "19th Avenue" starts in Belgrade

A company "GTC International" is about to start building of business-residential complex in New Belgrade's block 19th A, on ground are of 60.000 m2 in total. The building of the business object "Avenue 19th" will start next week, and the finish of the phase I is expected to be in the last quarter of 2007.

The new project of the company "GTC International", object "Park apartments" and "Avenue 19th" is placed between the streets of Milentije Popovic, Third boulevard, and Vladimir Popovic, and takes 20.000 square meters of residential space, and 20.000 m2 of business are and garage of the same surface size.

The object "Park aparatments" will be a real miniature town in the city, with apartments of different structures, business garage on two levels, green central athrium, fitness center and other shops. "GTC International" pointed that the complex will be of closed type with services of reception and security of 24 hours a day, and the special attention will be brought to 10 luxurious penthouse apartments of up to 180 square meters in size, and roof gardens and terraces in the size of apartments.

"Avenue 19th" will be in totally equipped with telecommunicational equipment of high technology, besides excellent conditions for work it will be offering contents such as restaurant, bar, warehouse, garage and parking lot with 233 parking places. The main architect and project manager of the object is Bozidar Putnikovic from "Slavija bureau", while the conductor of the project is the company "EC Harris International". The building of the object is being financied by European bank for renovation and development and Central Raiffeisen bank.
