Serbia, Republic Geodetic Institute obtained scanner center from Kingdom of Norway – €900,000

Republic Minister of Capital Investments Velimir Ilić and ambassador of Norway Hans Ola Urstad put Scanner Center in Republic Geodetic Institute in operation. This €900,000 worth of Scanner Center was donated by Kingdom of Norway. The task of the center is to accelerate scanning process and transferring of huge quantity of geodetic plans into digital form, which will be distributed among the users via Internet.
Kingdom of Norway will continue the distribution of aid to Serbia. It will back numerous projects in 2005 with €21m.
