American Investment Fund QVT bought about 8.5% of stocks of Telekom Montenegro for €10m and, thus, became, the biggest single stockholder of this company (HLT Fund owns about 6.3%). This American Fund has its headquarters in New York and it was founded by former managers of Deutsche bank.
