Serbs/Americans, Belgrade citizens or Cypress citizens are building 138.000 m2 of office space on the new Belgrade railway station Prokop

A tender comission of Railways of Serbia went through all 9 offers for financing a construction of commercial-business space on the station Belgrade Center - Prokop and chose three. One of them is an American company Pavlovic-Nagle Consortium, Energoprojekt-Holding a.d. and the third one is a company from Cypress Trigranit Holding LTD. According to the words of Milanko Sarancic, the general director of Railways of Serbia, the comission has a deadline of 10 days to choose the best offer.

It's about financing the first phase of works in Prokop which means a construction of 128.000 m2 of business space on armed-concrete plate, on 105 elevation of the new travellers railway station and 10.000 m2 of commercial space below the elevation of 105.
