Property of PIK Aleksinac Sold – Ozren Café and Express Restaurant Have New Owners

Home Centar Vera from Leskovac is the new owner of the management building and the Ozren café in Aleksinac which used to belong to the company PIK Aleksinac and which were sold at an auction for RSD 57 million.

The express restaurant of PIK was sold for RSD 9 million to the company Supermarketi AS from Aleksinac, whereas the warehouse in Vukasinovac was sold for RSD 264,534 to 4M doo from Leskovac.

Novica Grujic, a natural person from Aleksinac, bough the meat-packing plant in that city for RSD 15 million.
