Serbian Minister of Health Zoran Stankovic said that the reconstruction of the Clinical Center of Serbia (CCS) would be postponed because available funds in the amount of EUR 75 million and an additional loan of EUR 50 million were enough to cover the costs of construction of only one of the two towers, it was announced on the website of the Serbian government.
After visiting over 20 health centers in Serbia, Stankovic said that the ministry would fulfill most of the plans for 2011.
According to his words, the plan for the reconstruction of the Clinical Center of Serbia, which is practically based on the construction of two towers, will be finished soon.- We expect the works to be completed until 2015 when the first patients will be able to enter the existing tower - said Stankovic.
