NAVS President Danijela Ilic earns FRICS Designation

Mrs.Danijela Ilic, president and founder of National Association of Valuers of Serbia and general manager and founder of Operational Center of Asset Valuers, has been designated as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

FRICS is the most recognized valuation designation in the world, along with CRE (Counselor of Real Estate), which Mrs. Ilic also holds.

FRICS operates out of 146 countries, supported by an extensive network of regional offices located in every continent around the world. The organization has 86,000 chartered members and 55,000 members in other categories of membership globally. It represents, regulates and promotes the work of these property professionals, covering all aspects of property, construction and associated environmental issues.

In addition to the FRICS and CRE designations, Mrs. Ilic is a certified court forensic and licensed civil engineer. She is actively involved in appraisals, appraisal reviews and consulting services on numerous types of real estate including shopping centers and retail properties, office buildings, hotels, restaurants, residential subdivisions,vacant lots, industrial facilities and special purpose facilities. In addition to the valuations, Ms. Ilic is an acknowledged expert in the field of feasibility studies, technical due diligence, etc.

Ms. Ilic is the founder of the National Association of Valuers of Serbia and an active member of the board. Her visionary and enthusiastic approach to defining the objectives of the Association, implementation of the International Valuation Standards, initiation of the valuers training program which satisfies the basic criteria designated by TEGoVA, has led to membership of NAVS into IVSC in 2009, and TEGoVA in 2011.
