Telekom Srbija gets EUR 18.5 million - Telekom Srpske distributes EUR 28.5 million dividend

Telekom Srpske plans to distribute a KM 57 million dividend among its shareholders, about KM 37 million (EUR 18.5 million) of which should go to the company's majority owner - Telekom Srbija.
The draft decision, which will be included in the agenda of the Shareholders' Assembly of Telekom Srpska at a session scheduled for June 6, reads that the company's unappropriated profit amounts to KM 62.4 million, KM 5.4 million of which will be directed to legal reserves, while the rest will be a dividend that should be paid proportionally for all shares of the company, with the individual value of about KM 0.116, to all those who have the status of a shareholder on June 27.
Since it was first listed on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange in 2003, Telekom Srpske has paid its shareholders a dividend from the unappropriated profit in the amount of over KM 400 million. The Shareholders' Assembly of Telekom Srpska plans to bring the company's acts in accord with the new Law on Business Organizations at its next session. That is why it was suggested that a new statute of the company should be adopted, as well as the decision on appointment of the new managing board.
