For the sale of a hospital in Meljine interested swedish company Vilfor and partners - 40 millions eur


A tender comission for the sale of a Center of military-medical facilties (CVMU) in Meljine has asked from a swedish company Vilfor end partners to make more presice their plans for this center before the start of direct negotiations about privatization.
It is asked from the Swedish company to declair about the future status of patients, about the destiny of emploees and about the plans for investments in the hospital complex in Meljine.
The Vilfor company end partners is the only one who gave the offer to the tender fro sale of the Center in Meljine and has agreed that the complex keeps its prupose and patients, civilians and military ones, but it plans an expansion with the cardiosurgical wing. The Swedish company fro buying of CVMU offered 40 millions eur, out of which 15-20 millions eur is asigned for investments in the next 5 years.
