New ad for sale of Army Hall in Pirot by end of May 2011

The Pirot Directorate for Property will announce a new ad for the sale of the Army Hall in Pirot by the end of May at the latest, Pirot Mayor's Economic Affairs Assistant Boban Nikolic said in a statement for Plus radio.

The auction terms will be the same as at the previous auction. The Tax Administration has estimated the value of that facility, spanning 2,500 square meters in the very center of the city, at over RSD 120 million.

The price of the Army Hall will be lowered at the next auction, which will be scheduled very soon, probably in June, if this auction fails to attract interested bidders.
