10 world leading banks in race for Panonska bank Novi Sad

Ten banks have made a move for tender invitation for buying of leading state's part in Panonska bank from Novi Sad (www.panban.co.yu). And the following are: PKO bank Polski, Credit Agrikole, Pireus bank, Gruppo Sanpaolo IMI, Aplha bank, MKB, Bank Austria Creditanstalt, Banka Intesa, OTP and Greek national bank.

The representatives of potential buyers will these days talk to the management of Panonska bank, and the first guests are representatives of Credit Agricole, which will be headed by former minister of financies in the Government Bozidar Djelic.
