Construction of Residential-Office Facility with 27 Apartments and Two Outlets Planned in Mladenovac

The company NAMA and private investors are planning the construction of a residential-office facility with 27 apartments and two outlets in Mladenovac. The apartments have floor areas of around 30 m2 to 70 m2, and the outlets have floor areas of 57.56 m2 and 70.35 m2.

The facility is to have a basement and six floors, including the ground floor, with an irregular shape. The total gross developed floor area is 2,249.90 m2, and the total net area if 1,944.15 m2.

The project was prepared by ARCHIPRO GROUP from Leskovac.
