R.Polimeri Italy bought chemical industry Hipol Odzaci for 1.5 millions EUR

Chemical industry "Hipol" from Odzaci was sold to the company "R.Polimeri" from Italy for 1.5 millions eur. The buyer made a comittment to invest in the company around 4.53 millions eur, and accepted all duties of minimal social program.
The offer for buying of 100% of the community capital of "Hipol" was also given besides Polimeri by a Slovenian company "ORKA".
