Porecje Vucje sold to Belgrade-based Agatrade

The public company for agricultural production and processing Porecje Vucje in restructuring was on Wednesday sold to Belgrade-based Agatrade.

According to the Privatization Agency, Agatrade was the sole bidder on the tender. The new owner bought Porecje for EUR 150,000 and it is also obliged to invest EUR 3.5 million in the company within next five years.

The buyer has unconditionally accepted all minimum obligations from the social programme and promised to keep the same or even increase the number of permanent employees at that company over the next five years.
