Economist magazine organizes a regional conference Real Estate Market in South Eastern Europe - Challenges and future development, March 29-30th, 2006, at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Belgrade

One of the most interesting discussions will certainley be about up-to-today's experiences of financing of real estate market development and leasing of real estates in South Eastern Europe. What is the momentary situation with the owerflowed market? Is it the country's risk still the main problem, or market's conditions are yet more important? To buy, build or rent?
