The owner is putting up for sale the glamping resort in Sremski Karlovci. According to the ad on the website hetabalkans.com, this is the first glamping resort in the country. The resort is located on a Fruska Gora slope, surrounded by an orchard and a vineyard, on 1.12 ha of building land.

It is added that this is an already developed business, which has existed for three years, registered as an LLC.

In the first phase, 4 accommodation facilities, a pool and a pool house were built. For one of the four parcels, the building permit for a new facility has already been obtained.

It is said that the business has potential for expansion, year-round operations and an excellent return on investment.

The asking price is EUR 695,000.
