Global Finance names Komercijalna Banka best bank in Serbia

Komercijalna Banka has been named the Best Emerging Market Bank in Serbia by Global Finance magazine in an exclusive survey to be published in the May 2011 issue. Global Finance editors—with input from industry analysts, corporate executives and banking consultants—selected the best emerging market bank in the region and in 22 countries. Criteria for choosing the winners included growth in assets, proitability, strategic relationships, customer service, competitive pricing, and innovative products.
An Awards Ceremony for all winners will be conducted on September 26 at the National Press Club in Washington DC. At the end of the last year, Komercijalna Banka had the assets in the amount of RSD 255.9 billion (24.7 percent more than in 2009), while its profit before taxation amounted to RSD 2.8 billion (35.8 percent more than in 2009).
