HTL fund for buying "Moraca" barracks offered 3.3 millions eur

Investment HTL fund has made an offer to buy one part of the ex military barracks "Moraca" in Podgorica.

HTL fund has offered 3.3 millions euros for buying one part of the barracks, and the Management Board of the Fund for reform of the Military of Serbia and Montenegro is supposed to express its opinion about the offer.

Military barracks "Moraca" was evicted more than a year ago, according to the agreement between the Parliament of the city of Podgorica and Military of Serbia and Montenegro. Over that part of the barracks there was built a new bridge "Millenium".

"Moraca" barracks are on one of the best locations in Podgorica. Earlier it was announced that on those grounds there would be rised a building for the needs of United nations.
