Litostroj Potisje employs 200 people - SIEPA grants EUR 3,000 for each newly created job

Serbian Deputy Prime Minister for Economy and Regional Development Verica Kalanovic presented on April 8 an Agreement on the employment of additional 200 workers at the steel casting manufacturer Litostroj Potisje in Ada.

- This is a successful beginning of the project that will ensure the employment of new workers and the appearance of new products in the market of Serbia - said Ms. Kalanovic and added that the growth of Serbia's export would enable the development of the economy sector.

Ms. Kalanovic also visited companies Termometal in Ada and Zitopromet Mlin in Senta, which are engaged in the production of milling products, the government announced.

Thanks to a programme of the Investment and Export Promotion Agency of Serbia (SIEPA), Litostroj, which currently has 131 employees, obtained EUR 3,000 for each newly created job.
