Gamzigradska Banja Sold for EUR 350,000

The company Romulijana from Gamzigradska Banja, following four unsuccessful sales, had been sold for RSD 41.3 million (around EUR 350,000), as announced by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency.

This company in bankruptcy was sold at the initial price and the new owner is a natural person, Jasna Milovanovic.

The most valuable property of Romulijana consists of 12 buildings, from Hotel Kastrum to sports courts, as well as the mineral water spring near the Crni Timok river.

The unsuccessful sales had halved the initial price of the company Romulijana, which back in mid-2021 amounted to RSD 91.4 million.
