Two Indoor Pools to Be Built Next to New Sports Hall in Kraljevo – Looking for Designer

The PE for the Development of Building Land Kraljevo has published the tender for the preparation of project documentation for a facility with indoor pools next to the new sports hall in Ribnica.

According to the project task, the plan envisages a facility with two pools for the recreation of the people of Kraljevo and for swimming and water polo tournaments.

One pool is planned with the dimensions of 25 x 33 m and a depth of 2 m, which will meet the conditions for the organization of international water polo matches and 25-m swimming tournaments, and the second one will be a smaller pool for non-swimmers with the dimensions of 25 x 12.50 m, with a changeable depth of 0.80-1.35 m.

Stands for around 300 visitors will also be built, as well as side features – pre-entrances, ticket booths, sanitary blocks, locker rooms, an administrative block, a reception desk, a café bar, a restaurant with a kitchen, a fast-food joint, a sports equipment store, massage rooms, a solarium, a fitness facility etc.

The tender worth RSD 9 million is open until May 12.
