Palisad trade company seeks partners for construction of hotels on Zlatibor

Palisad trade company is interested in the joint construction of a four-star hotel for old people, a hotel for recreational classes, and a 1,000-square-meter residential-business facility in locations Colovica Brdo, Palisad and Vodice on Zlatibor mountain.

- Palisad offers potential investors a 50% stake in these projects – Slobodan Markovic, the owner of the company, says in a statement for eKapija.

As Markovic explains, that company already owns hotels Zlatiborska Noc and Palisad on Zlatibor.
