Comix doo Planning Construction of Two Buildings in Pancevo

Multi-family residential facilities should be built in Pancevo, at 68 and 68a Svetozara Miletica Street, one with 5 floors (including the ground floor and the loft), the other with 4 floors (including the ground floor and the loft). The investor Comix doo is planning 19 apartments in the first facility, and ten in the second one.

The ground floor of the first facility should feature a joint communication space, garage space (a total of 13 garage spaces, two of which are reserved for persons with disabilities), a pedestrian passage, a storage room for cleaning products, shared spaces for waste disposal (five containers).

All the upper floors are meant for residence and contain five apartments each, except for the loft, which contains four. Each residential unit contains: a living room, rooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, hallway and balcony.

The ground floor of the second facility should feature a joint communication space, technical room, pantries, a storage room for cleaning products and garage space. The garage features 12 garage spaces.

Green areas next to the facilities are planned as surfaces with flowers and grass.
