Offers for "Jugošped" ranked

The Tender commission has approved the results of the tender and accepted tender list with the offers for procurement of 70% of public assets in the company for international freight-forwarding services "Jugošped" from Belgrade - the Privatization Agency announced.

At the meeting of February 22, the Tender commission unanimously accepted the tender list with the first-ranked bidder "Home art&Sales Services" AG from Switzerland, which offered price of 3,650,000 EUR and the investment program worth 1,185,000 EUR.

According to the announcement, company "Home Art&Sales Services" AG unconditionally accepted all minimal requests from the social program.

The second-ranked bidder is Consortium made of "TT Cargo" AG, Vaduz, Principality of Lichtenstein and "TTC Logistic" Ltd., Belgrade.

After the announcement of the tender list, the Privatization Agency and "Home Art&Sales Services" AG will start the negotiations in order to define details in the sales Contract.

If the negotiations end successfully, the Privatization Agency will sign the Contract on sale of assets with the buyer within 30 days from the day the negotiations commence.
