New wind park in Banat - Plan calls for 25 new turbines with a total power of 150 MW in Pancevo

The city of Pancevo has presented the draft regulation plan for the construction of the "Vetropark 1" wind farm in the territory of Pancevo, for public inspection.

The plan calls for the construction of a wind farm infrastructural complex in the municipal territories of Banatsko Novo Selo, Kacarevo and Pancevo.

The planned complex will have a maximum of 25 wind turbines, and the total power will be 150 MW.

The company Vetroelektrana Banat-4 doo Beograd is the investor, and the plan was drafted by PE Urbanizam Pancevo.

This wind farm is the third one planned by this company. There are also plans to build the BNS wind farm in Banatsko Novo Selo, with a total capacity of 125 MW, and the WV NBT WIND 1 wind farm in the municipal areas of Banatsko Novo Selo and Kacarevo, with a total capacity of 120 MW.
