Petrovac's "Villa Oliva`` for sale

The Agency for restructuring in the Government of Montenegro has announced tender for sale of hotel "Villa Oliva" in Petrovac, which is owned by Hotel Management and Tourist Company Budvanska rivijera. The tender will be open prior to March 22.

"Villa Oliva" is settled by the sea. It has total of 300 beds, restaurant and other contents. Interested buyers should pay deposit of 150,000 EUR and 5,000 EUR for tender documentation.
